Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Custom orders and final sale items are non-returnable.
How to Return
Start a chat with Interactor to initiate a return. Our team will review the request, provide a return authorization number, and share shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your replacement item.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Warranty Coverage
Frame Warranty
All teak and aluminum frames are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This covers structural issues, joinery failures, and manufacturing defects.
Cushion Warranty
Cushions and fabrics are covered by a 3-year warranty against fading, mildew, and manufacturing defects when cared for according to our guidelines.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and aging (including teak patina), damage from improper use or storage, natural variations in wood grain, and damage from extreme weather events are not covered.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll evaluate the claim and provide repair or replacement options.

Teak Care
Teak naturally weathers to a silver-gray patina when left outdoors. To maintain the original honey color, apply teak oil 2-3 times per year. Clean with mild soap and water. Sand lightly to remove any surface stains or marks.
Cushion Care
Our cushion covers are removable and machine washable on a gentle cycle. Air dry only. Store cushions in a dry location during extended periods of rain or winter months. The quick-dry foam core can be left outdoors.
Aluminum Care
Powder-coated aluminum requires minimal maintenance. Wipe clean with a damp cloth. For stubborn spots, use mild soap. Touch-up paint is available for minor scratches.
Seasonal Storage
While our furniture is designed for year-round outdoor use, we recommend covering pieces during harsh winter months. Store cushions indoors when not in use for extended periods.
